What is Sustainability?
Sustainability is a mind set; sustainability is actions, and most importantly, accountability. It is educating the youth on the profound effects their daily choices can have on the environment today, and for future generations. It is introducing people to the interrelationship between the natural Earth and human made world. It is spreading a love for nature that brings on a sense of responsibility. It involves practices that hold each and every person who uses the Earth’s resources responsible for maintaining them to the best of their ability. Sustainability benefits both the Earth and those who inhabit it by emphasizing an unmistakable mutualism between the two.
In an essence, sustainability is what will allow future generations to occupy an Earth rich in resources and abundant in necessities.
